New Pensioner Portal

We are pleased to introduce our new Pensioner Portal – your central point of contact for secure and convenient communication with the pension fund. The portal offers you:

• A dossier overview for the secure exchange of documents and messages from the pension fund
• An overview of your benefits
• The option to update your current payment details
• The ability to update personal information such as your address
• The option to upload education certificates (for children aged 18–25 in education or training)

Registration and access are, as usual, via https://portal.mspension.app/SchindlerPK – the same as for the insured member portal. Access is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS code or an authenticator app.
